I pulled the gacha four times, but the same thing came out and I thought it was strange. The customer just before me took the same thing as me. So I went to the cashier and asked her, and she said that gacha was random and that could happen. I did, but when I asked if it was not random that only the same thing came out in a row, it seemed that the time was too late to cause damage to other customers, so I gave my turn to other customers first and waited. However, she called in another staff member. The staff also said that I would repeat the same words and bring in other staff who would solve the problem. So another staff came, and the other staff did the same thing over and over again. Then a male staff member came by and watched. I asked if it was the store's responsibility to clean up the inventory and if the customer had to handle the inventory, but I didn't understand that the inventory was not the store's responsibility but the customer's responsibility, so I put it in the same place for about 30 minutes. Also, when I asked if I was dealing with the person who handled the inventory, I just ignored it. It was very unpleasant with a mocking apology that was just a formality. I'm very sad that they acted like that because I'm a foreigner. In the words of a man considered to be a manager, he pointed to "a small line of words written in front of him," and rather complained to me that it was written here. In the store, the responsibility for the inventory of goods is also the responsibility of the customer, and it is also the customer's fault that foreign customers cannot speak Japanese. Therefore, there are so many kinds like this that there is no management at all, and you don't have to go all the way to the stores where all the customers are to blame.

ATTENTION: (particularly for tourists who do not speak Japanese)

This store is absolutely a scam! Their vending machine will steal your money and their staff will refuse to give the stolen money back to you! These whole cheating schema was caught on their own camera, but their staffs still refused to correct. They only gave back the robbed money when the police arrived and concluded the store cheated their customer! And then they bowed 90 degrees to apologize! What a shame!

It is hard to believe such store even exists in this country known for good law and order!

My friend also video taped their gaming machines cheating on kids games as well and have shared that on TikTok. How can they operate a business that cheat on kids?

If you do not want to be robbed or cheated, STAY AWAY from this shop! If you do get cheated, pls stand up and call the police! I know it could be small money, may not be worth your time and energy, but nothing is small when it...

My visit to Bandai Namco Cross Store was nothing short of a disaster. The staff were downright lazy and unhelpful, showing absolutely no initiative to assist customers. Even with Google Translate in front of them, they acted clueless and refused to understand—complete incompetence.

The service at the cashier counter was the worst. The staff’s bad attitude was evident through their unprofessional facial expressions and dismissive body language. It was as if they didn’t care at all. To make matters worse, one of the male staff in charge of the Dragonball section even raised his voice at us, which was completely unacceptable.

Honestly, with such poor service, this store is not worth visiting. Bandai Namco, how do you even train your staff? From what I experienced, there’s something seriously wrong with your customer service. The service I received doesn’t even deserve a 1-star rating—if I could give zero...

100% worth the trip for foreigners! SEE PICS If you love anime and Japanese figurines and collectibles, then this is the store for you. (Not tax free fyi) I highly recommend doing the toy raffle on the left 750¥ to 900¥ a pop: they have Dragonball, DBZ, Yu-Gi-Oh, Kenshin, Kaiju, Saint Seiya, Demon slayer, One piece, and more! Do it with your friends and do it multiple times for chances to win big prizes. We bought roughly 25 tickets between 6 guys and hit the A,B,C prizes 5 times!!! I was able to bag a couple of SH Figuarts items including kaiju and luffy along with deathscythe he'll. The collection on the sh figuarts are VERY worth it but if you want to go to Akihabara and grab them you can too. I must say tho, they have a HUGE collection on everything from JJK, to Code Geass, to Ultraman, Godzilla, star wars, gundam, Naruto, One piece, Yu-Gi-Oh, spy family, Digimon you name it!

Quick guide in case you get lost (like me), this store is on the 3rd floor of Sunshine 60 building, which also has the Pokémon Centre. Really a treasure trove of gashapon, especially some more obscure ones. Unfortunately a lot repeats and sometimes the grouping of machines don't make sense, such as there is no unified theme. Big bonus for having other displays of character goods there too. And also an event space for a rotation of shows featuring your favourites.
