辛増し青唐中華そば¥900- すこぶる良い。 前回のつけ麺は3度目以降のオーダーと感じました。初回はノーマルをおすすめします。 スープはキレの良い醤油に旨味とコク。香り良くパンチあり。極細の麺は食感良い。そして青唐の辛増しが辛好きには何ともたまらない。 麺量は少ないが余りある満足感。 かなり表現が安っぽいが、青唐辛子の醤油漬けを美味しくラーメンにした感じ。 味 量 満足度からコスパ良い。 βエンドルフィン効果で幸福感もハンパない。 これが椀刀さんの本来の魅力なのだと実感した一杯でした。
辛増し赤腕刀そば¥1000- 良い。 フィーリングは同じ。ニンニク少々とあるがそれほどは主張していない。 青唐ラー油の影響かキレはやや低くなるものの 後味の余韻が長い。 スープをのむと止まらくなるヤミツキ感。 ニンニクを増量し和え玉をプラスして 青唐酢で味変。頭に浮かぶ方程式を次回試したい。
前回予告の実践。夢中になり青唐酢を忘れてしまった。 辛増し腕刀そば ¥900- 青唐和え玉¥300- ランチの為 無料ニンニク もはやファンです。中野のラーメンを語る上で腕刀さんは外せない。 青唐和え玉は納得の価格。替玉と考えると少し高いが、量はもちろんカエシ 鶏油 少量の鶏チャーシューに青唐。ほぼ別の一杯と云う感じ。 腕刀さんは腹ペコ男子にはコスパが悪く感じるかもだが、ラヲタなら必食のオススメ。 駅をまたいでも来る価値があります。
辛増し青唐中華そば¥900- 青唐和え玉¥300- トッピング ニンニク¥50- 青唐酢を試しました。ラーメン 和え玉とも青唐なので お酢自体に青唐の味や香りを強く感じることはありませんでしが、とても美味しくいただけました。 和え玉をそのまま2口 食した後 青唐酢をからめ、つけ麺スタイルで食べました。 旨し! ブラツクペッパーを麺にかけるとさらに好み。 お店は小さいが 提供の早さからか並んだことはありません。
