I never leave reviews, but thought I should try to help with expectations.

From what I could tell, this is a cafe where you are meant to take your time, soak in the ambiance, and enjoy your company. The service here is very slow - no one was in the queue ahead of us for food but our entire meal took 2 hours and it was mostly spent waiting. Prices were high for Tokyo, but reasonable for where we're from so it was more bearable. The food was enjoyable but nothing mindblowing.

We observed that the large party seated in front of us were locals, and it seemed they had been there for 3-4 hours just chatting and having a great time. Most if not all of the other customers were women. Every party was conversing long after their meal. The servers were friendly but a bit nervous and guarded - I think they are accustomed to people (especially foreigners, probably) getting angry at them for the slow speed and 500 yen cover charge. There was a couple who came in after us, spent most of their time waiting on their phones, got impatient and left without receiving their food.

I would not come here if I had a busy schedule. Our schedule was pretty flexible and we didnt mind the break from our hectic travel, so it was unexpected but not unwelcome. It's a good date spot if you could enjoy spending 2 hours talking idly with your partner.

My only minor complaint is that I wished the location was more architectural and less plastic flowery. Maybe it was a temporary exhibit? I understand why their clientele might prefer the flowers, but I missed the memo!

The owner and the staff of this place are very racist!

While me and my fiancé were having dinner and planning to visit this place everyday after work, we were suddenly asked to change our seat (and move to the table close to exit) so that other customers use our table!!…. *Every table at that time was used by 2 people only, and all were Japanese except us and another foreign couple. So out of everyone, the owner chose to move us. The staff insisted that we move our table because there were other Japanese customers waiting. When we asked “why? We came first” etc., she returned to the owner and came back to ask the other foreign couple to move their seat…

Aside from racism there, the customer service is terrible. They simply forget your orders so you have to order again after an hour of waiting.

In short, If you don’t want to be treated disgustingly, never go...

I came here in end June with a friend to catch up. However there was a seat charge of 500yen per person. The food and drinks tasted quite bad and looked nothing like the images. As an added surprise, there was a humongous cockroach on the table hiding among the flower decorations! Upon informing the staff, they claimed to waiver off a drink’s cost in our total bill. However, I was still charged the full amount. Reached out to them on Instagram to rectify the issue since then but they have not responded to me despite being active on their Instagram.Total bill was nearly 6000yen for just 2 cakes and 2 drinks.
