The main waiting lobby feels more cramped than nearby Picadilly or Toho, but it's nice that they sell concessions on each floor. Also, since it's located on top of the Marui Annex building, access is a bit annoying. You have to take a crowded elevator up to the 9th floor (although you can buy tickets from a machine on the 1st.) There's a cafe inside as well, where you could have a quick lunch/dinner/coffee before your movie. They were selling steak sandwiches last time I was there. Prices are Tokyo-standard for cinemas, same goes for the seating comfort level. The location is really convenient if you're having dinner or drinks in the Ni/San Chome area. I watched Wicked in Dolby and the sound was awesome. Doors to the theatre open 10minutes before screen time.
The popcorn was meh. The portion I got didn’t have a lot of full sized popped corn and was mostly broken and in tiny pieces. Like 80% of what I got was probably taken from the bottom of the machine with all the broken and hard cornels that weren’t popped. It’s just popcorn, but was still very disappointing, especially that the popcorn here was more expensive than...
