Abura Soba Zuboshi — Restaurant in Tokyo

For some reason the Abura Soba place and the Don place are shown as the same spot in google maps. (They re next to each other) We visited the Don place and it was really delicious. The grill flavor adds a different depth to the flavor of the chicken which was soft and juicy. I thought the amount of tartar sauce was a little too much but you can definitely tell them to add less. They use a good quality rice from Niigata as well so the whole meal was much better than expected. The price is around 780 yens, so definitely not the cheapest Don meal but it does worth it. There are two shops, one which specialises in abura soba 油そば and the other one with specialises in meat and rice 肉丼. Initially my boyfriend and I wanted Abura soba but actually we made a mistake and went to the meat and rice shop next door. Thankfully to my surprise the chicken on rice (780¥), was delicious. Soft, tender and bbq charcoaled flavoured covered in tartar sauce, on top of a bed of famous koshihikari rice. We enjoyed so much! The staff is extremely rude (especially the guy whose haire is dyed blonde). Right from the entrance he told our friend (who had already ordered) to go sit even though she said she had to help us with translation. In the end she couldn't help us much. While serving our dishes, he simply put them at the end of the table in a very rude way (a bit more and the food would spill), without asking which was whose.
