I'm not quite sure where all of these incredibly negative reviews are coming from, it seems some of them just look like spam.
The restaurant itself is really small, there are 2-3 tables and a bunch of single counter seats. I frequently come here for lunch, and there is a ticket machine available during lunch hours. It gets a little bit expensive at dinner time though.
I think the prices are a little bit pricey for Japan's lunch standards, but the food itself is good. The free soup changes every day and it's a nice little surprise. The staff is actually quite nice and friendly as of 2024 so I'm not sure where the bad reviews about mean workers came from. I saw a review saying there is no restroom but there is one in the back of the store, it's a bit hard to see it though since it's in a corner.
