I have great expectation before I visit, since aging beef is not famous for Japanese cuisine, and it’s right.

Aging beef has tons of room to improve in Japanese cuisine, not bad, but it’s not good as well.

Food, said it as above. The decoration and arrangement has heart on it, can tell this restaurant concern and respect their customer. It is most beautiful among all Japanese barbecue style restaurant.

Service: interestingly, I was telling the waitress I have reservation, but she repeats 5 times there’s no seats. I repeats sixth times I’m not Japanese and Englishthen she start to awake of it. Second, she took out my (fat cubic without replacing one for me more than 10 mins, then I need to request one from her) both are no attentive behavior. Meanwhile, there’s a waiter( guess manager) he’s really attentive for drink, how to eat sukiyaki and even cook for me. Therefore, I still believe the service are just I have no luck for the waitress. Benefit...

"Aging beef"is a term for preserving beef also the name this restaurant. Aging beef involves storing meat at refrigerated temperatures to enhance tenderness and flavor. So, meat at here have good color and appear moist but not wet. Any cut edges be even, not ragged. I recommend must try at here is The fillet steak, that's supremely juicy! They let the steaks rest few minutes after grilling and before cutting. This allows the juices to redistribute and helps keep them from escaping the meat as soon as it is cut. Serve steaks with fresh wasabi. Very delicious. Beef shabu rolled radish puree and eat with raw...

Ver good meat and very attentive staff. Only draw back for us was the lack of an English menu. We new that before so that is no critique :) however, this lead us to order some parts of the wagyu beef we otherwise would not have tried. Very special experience. In the end we had the feeling that they rushed us out a bit but this might very well be a misunderstanding and just lost in translation.
