Tokyo Nest Nippori is tucked away in a quiet residential area, just a short walk from Nippori Station. Despite the peaceful location, it’s very convenient—with several convenience stores, restaurants, a public bathhouse, and a coin laundromat just steps away.
We stayed in a futon room, which was extremely compact but clean, modern, and comfortable. The daily room cleaning and bed-making service (including fresh towels every day) was a pleasant surprise—not something you always get in Japan at this price point.
Amenities include free toiletries, hot water, coin laundry and dryer (a bit small), and a microwave. Staff are on-site during the day and reachable by phone at other times.
We paid around €400 for 4 nights during high season, which is a great deal considering the quality, location, and cleanliness. A solid option for travelers looking for affordable comfort in a quiet Tokyo...

Read moreIt was an enjoyable stay. 2 year old and the room is very clean and tidy. There is free coffee in the morning. Room service daily but only clear the trash bins, clean the toilets and provide fresh set of towels. Bed linen changes every three days. Overall an excellent stay. There are several convenience stores, a 24 hour supermarket and a good number of eateries even at night. Nippori station is less than 10mins away. Do visit the Yanaka Ginza which is only about 5mins walk from Nippori Station. We visited on Sunday and there was an interesting flea market with some affordable prices too. The street is filled with shops and eateries. Do try the croquettes...
