One of the best meals I’ve ever had in Tokyo and in the world. The seating is counter style with open kitchen so you can engage with the chef and watch cooking. As you walk in you are greeted with an array of baskets of ingredients used in the menu. Everything looked and tasted very fresh! The menu was very original showcasing fusion Japanese food influenced by French and other Asian cuisine. Every dish was really well balanced and flavorful — it didn’t feel skewed to one cuisine but you could taste elements of different cuisines in the ingredients, sauce and technique.
