Arl Eee Nakameguro — Restaurant in Tokyo

I ordered a salad and was given two very tiny forks, like what my toddler uses. I noticed another reviewer left the same comment. Please give your customers normal sized cutlery. It was ridiculous to eat a salad with such a tiny fork!

Also, the male worker kept coughing and he wasn’t wearing a mask. None of the staff were but now it is hay fever season and so many people are coughing and sneezing. It’s really gross to be served by someone not only breathing all over your food but potentially coughing all over it too. It also appears that he didn’t properly clean his hands after coughing.

The positive point was the decor inside and it feels quite spacious and airy. The weather was nice so they had the big doors opened.

Friendly staff and a wide selection of beers (not all are craft however). A bonus that they allow dogs inside and will ever provide you with a towel and water bowl.

Did not like that they charge お通し代 or coperto-like service charge of 500 yen for a handful of chocolate bon bons. I'm used to it at izakayas but you get much more than some candies...
