Kosyu Ichiba — Restaurant in Tokyo

中目黒からやや離れた場所にあるラーメン店であり、わざわざこの店を訪れるという目的でも無い限り昼夜問わずそれ程混雑しないラーメン店だと思いましたが、店舗自体がそれ程大きくなく、席数も30席にも満たないくらいの少なさであるため、意外にも混雑した店、という印象でした。とは言え、店外に列をなして待つ、という程の混雑具合はあまり見られないように思います。 テーブルや椅子の配置の感覚、各席の狭さは、他の広州市場と遜色なく、人に依っては狭苦しいと感じるかもしれません。給仕される料理の質や種類は他の広州市場と変わらないものの、他の広州市場に見られるような暑苦しいようなスタッフの接客対応はあまり見られず（勿論はきはきと対応してくれますが）、むしろこの店の接客対応の方がいい、と感じる客もいるかもしれません。 私が利用した日にたまたまそうだった可能性もありますが、外国人観光客が多かったです。特に席の狭苦しさを煩わしいと思うことなく、友人たちとおしゃべりしながらラーメン等の料理を堪能していました。

This ramen restaurant is located a little way from Nakameguro, and unless you specifically go there for that purpose, I thought it would not be that busy at any time of day or night, but the restaurant itself is not that big, with less than 30 seats, so you'll be surprised to find it was quite busy. That said, I don't think you'll see a long queue of people waiting outside the restaurant. The layout of the tables and chairs, and the narrowness of each seat, is no different from other Koshu-ichiba restaurants, and some people may find it cramped. Although the quality and variety of the dishes served is the same as other Koshu-ichiba restaurants, you won't see the kind of stuffy customer service you find in other Koshu-ichiba restaurants (of course, they will respond to you clearly), and some customers may even feel that the customer service here is better. 【ミニワンタンメン×麻婆丼セットが1111円！】

無性にワンタンメンを食べたい日がある。

広州市場中目黒店で出されるワンタンメンと麻婆丼セットは、ただの昼食でも夕食でもない。

そこには都市の雑踏と、食欲という人間の原始的な衝動を同時に満たす仕組みがある。

ミニワンタンメンの塩。

透明なスープは、表面的にはあっさりしているのに、底には乾いた日常を支える滋養が沈んでいる。

滑らかな皮に閉じ込められたワンタンを噛むと、わずかな肉汁が舌に広がり、孤独を忘れさせる。

片方の麻婆丼は、香辛料と油が織りなす熱気を持ち、舌を極楽へ導く旨味が支配する。

柔らかな豆腐の白は、世界の残酷さに対するかすかな希望のようだ。

この二つを交互に口へ運ぶと、静と動、清澄と混沌がせめぎ合い、奇妙に均衡する。

安価でありながら、都市で生きる人間に必要なエネルギーと慰めを同時に与える。

そこには豪奢さも技巧もない。

だが、日々を削られながら立ち続ける人々にとって、これ以上に誠実な食事はないのかもしれない。

中目黒の山手通りは、今日も人で溢れている。

ミニワンタンメン塩 ミニ麻婆丼

このセットで税抜940円だったかな？

ワンタンは7つも入ってる。

塩のスープがあっさりで美味しい。

卓上調味料が豊富なのもナイス。

中休み無しの通し営業なのもありがたい。

満足度がとても高いオススメのお店です😋

ミニ麻婆丼もしっかり美味い。

中目黒周辺でアイドルタイムもラーメンランチセットが食べられる貴重なお店。
