Sidewalk Coffee
Closely located to Happy Pudding (see previous post), hence if you want to pick up some coffee, this is a cute little place. It has an upstairs for more seating. I came here to just purchase coffee beans (no take away coffee). Hence a coffee bean review!
I got the SWS blend. I found it was a bit darker than my typical preference. Using only V60 tetsu kasuya method. Trialed 90C and 86C (with preference of the lower temperature). The staff are often chatting to the dog owners and playing with the dogs. This week the staff member played with the dogs while preparing our food. She petted one of the animals and continued to prepare our food, without washing her hands. I cannot believe that she thought this was acceptable. I am very worried about the hygiene standards of this cafe. What else is going on that...
