When a friend introduced us to Bar Amber, we were in for an unforgettable experience. The talented bartender, Yuto-san, crafted cocktails tailored to each of us with impressive precision.

For me, Yuto-san prepared a Yamazaki Old Fashioned that was a masterclass in sophistication. My son, still too young to drink, enjoyed a delightful virgin Shine Muscat cocktail. My female friend was charmed by the Luxury Melon Soda, a unique creation exclusive to Bar Amber. Meanwhile, my male friend was impressed by the Cinema in Banana—a cocktail as intriguing as its name suggests.

Watching Yuto-san at work was a mesmerizing experience. Each cocktail was not only a feast for the palate but also a visual delight, perfectly presented in beautifully matched glassware. The flavors were distinct, innovative, and truly remarkable.

Yuto-san also treated us to two more exceptional drinks: the Apple Temple with Dassai and Kyoto Zen. These cocktails beautifully blended Japan’s traditional green tea with a modern twist, served in classic Japanese cups that added to the charm.
