About a week ago, I booked a table at a popular yakitori restaurant nearby and visited it to connect until my appointment time. As it turns out, it is a very nice and excellent authentic bar. I myself worked part-time as a bartender in a shot bar serving fresh cocktails when I was a college student, so I know a good or bad restaurant in my own way. The exterior may look a little daunting on a first visit, but they are friendly and display some of their extensive menu outside. The master and a new bartender are very friendly and easy to talk to. At first, I ordered for a standard spmoni. It is basically a simple item made by pouring it into a tumbler, but they made it with a proper shake to bring out the flavour of Campari. It was a very tasty mix of sourness and freshness. The yakitori restaurant we had booked was also very good, but we went back after the yakitori because this place was so wonderful. At that time, we had a frozen cocktail made with Nagano Purple. It was one of those drinks where you could really feel the focus on quality fruit, and to be honest, it was on a different level to the bar I was working part time at. Normally, if you go back out in a shot bar, you would probably take a separate table charge. The master here treated it as an additional order.
