おとなの隠れ家　～Bar Elmar（バー・エルマー）～ 千代田線町屋駅下車徒歩2分。花の木交差点近くの藍染川通り沿いにある、Bar Elmarに行ってきました。目立った看板などない、隠れ家的なショットバーです。当店では基本、シングルモルトを「ストレートで飲む」ことで、ウイスキーを香り、味、舌触りなど五感の全てで味わえます。本日は、蒸留所からの瓶詰（120本限定）とやや癖のあるマスターお勧めと2ショット、ストレートをいただきました。量が少ないですが、ゆっくりゆっくり味わいながら楽しみました。 実は当店。創業は1997年で、当時から一貫して同じスタイルで営業されています。マスターは60代のナイス・ガイ。ウイスキーはご職業で、ご趣味は音楽とカメラとのこと。巨大スピーカーとアンティークなカメラが店内の渋さを一層深めていました。さらになんと、僕と小学校と中学校と一緒ということもわかり、地元ネタでも語り合え楽しく過ごせました。渋く飲みたくなったらまた行きます！（2024年8月26日訪問）
