「ナリサワさんがBarを出した」っていう情報は耳にしておりましたが。

なんだか敷居が高い様な気がするし、 やっぱナリサワ様ですし予約絶対よねとか、 そもそも私お酒飲めないから行けないかなぁとか🤔

ハードルを大変高く見ておったのですが。 ローの1周年パーティーの帰り道。

パッと振り返るとそこには輝く蜂の看板が！笑 え！まさかのお隣！？www ここだったんだぁ！😳

丁度シメのデザートが食べたかったので、突撃❤️

地下へ続く道。 店内はかなりひろーい！😳✨

森との共生。 “里山キュイジーヌ”を謳うレストランNARISAWAを踏襲し、Barもそのコンセプトで作られてるみたい。

壁には自然を写したポートレート。 店内の椅子やテーブルに何の木が使われているのかが分かる「インテリアウッドマップ」があるのも面白かった。

レアチーズは酸味が優しくて好みでした♡ チョコタルトはアマゾンカカオ使ってるのにこの価格って…破格！😳😳😳

かき氷もラインナップが沢山だよ〜

・茨城県産 無農薬イチゴとマスカルポーネクリーム 1,200円

うわー！うまー！🤤💖 いちごがもう…濃厚なジャムですね。 マスカルポーネクリームもあいまって、めちゃ濃厚なかき氷でリッチな味わいだった。 他のお味も気になるー

新作は「キャラメルポワールのかき氷」なのでそれも食べに行かなくちゃだ！

20時半くらいに伺った時は、かなり空いていたので予約なしでも入れてもらえたよ🤗

そのあと22時くらいにはほぼ満席に！ 外国人さんのお客様が多いのはレストランの客層を反映されてますね。

とにかく価格がリーズナブルで、終始驚き！ とっても使いやすくてありがたいお店だねぇ。 知っておくと良いかもー😙💕

オリジナルカクテルとか、オリジナルコーヒーもあるので、飲める方は是非に♡ ランチもやってるから今度カレー食べに行こうと思ってるよ😎✨

Note that a reservation is ABSOLUTELY REQUIRED for Bees Bar, even if it’s relatively empty.

This bar is classiness personified. The drinks aren’t cheap, but watching them being made is fascinating and they are works of art in and of themselves. I had the smoked negroni and it felt like I was drinking a magic potion.

Food is also delicious, but the portions are a bit on the small side so unless you want to spend $$$ it’s more of a snack than a full meal. That being said, the simmered pork with egg was the single best bite of food I’ve had in a long, long time.

Stunning food with a really slick interior, fusing natural elements in their decor with some technical finesse in their cooking. Great cocktails - the sakura smoked negroni is a recommended choice, as is the elderflower cocktail with foam. You only have to look at the philosophy tab on their menu to see how they try and incorporate nature into what they do, going so far as to label all the woods they use for the different tables and benches.
