Bistro Topology — Restaurant in Tokyo

Wanted to get the experience again of going out to see the cherry blossom 🌸 trees and it was an absolutely beautiful day!! Got really lucky and found this bistro. It’s run by a husband and wife team and just one word explains the bistro - 👏 awesomeness!! I should give it a 5 star, but in my world there no such thing as perfection!! The imperfections make the best experience (yeah I know that sounds strange, but you got to REALLY TRUST ME ON THIS ONE). The food, the atmosphere, and the “adult beverages” are great 👍🏾. Tasted my first beer tasting like wine and I was sold from that point! Really good portion of food being served is great as well (even for the visit to Japan 🇯🇵 as well). For the visitors from another country, they have a English Menu, but it’s limited and they will explain as best as possible so you need to be patient and enjoy the experience! コロナ禍の夜な夜なご近所散歩の途中で見つけて、行ってみたいと思っていたこちらに初めて伺いました。ステキな内装、ゆったりした席の取り方、とても心地のいいお店でした。料理のほうは、シャルキュトリーがご自慢のお店なのに、自分の好み（その日の気分）としてそんなにそそられず、アラカルトメインでオーダーしてしまいました。店選びのミスですね。申し訳ないです。馬肉のタルタル美味しかったです。サラダとクスクスは塩見が強すぎて、しょっぱいのが苦手なわたしには素材のおいしさやうまみを超えてしまっていて正直つらかったです。他にも食べてみたい料理があったので、次に行く機会があったら、塩味控えめでオーダーしてみようと思います。ワインもおいしかったです。今思えば、ワインはシャルキュトリーに合わせて選ばれてるんですよね、と思えるものでした。ひと皿のポーションはしっかりあるので、料理の価格にみあってると思いました。飲み物はだいぶ高めですね。円安やら物流費の高騰で材料やら飲み物の仕入れも上がってるのかな、なんて思いながら帰路につきました。近所の...
