JR西日暮里駅西口から歩いて1〜2分にある房家に行ってきました( ＾∀＾) 牛を一頭買いとのことでテンション上がります☆

奥の靴を脱いで上がる座敷席に、本日は案内されました。 まずは、〈生搾り〉レモンハイ(¥528)で乾杯をしました♪(^^)o∀∀o(^^*)♪

本日の注文は、 ◯房家一頭盛りの6種盛り(¥8,778) ・芯々ロース・はねした(ざぶとん)・カブリ・上なかにく・サーロイン角切・ブリスケの6種でした✨ どれもとろけて美味しい(((o(ﾟ▽ﾟ)o)))

◯出来たて白菜キムチ(コッチョリ)(¥528) ・注文してから作るみたいで、サラダ感覚の味付けキムチでした(°▽°) 13種のエキスが入った自家製キムチの素(ヤンニョン)とのこと‼️

◯炙り大判手まり寿司鬼おろし付(¥858) ・目の前で焼いてくれて、最高に美味いです(๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵) 肉寿司好きにはたまりません(≧∀≦)

◯炙り大判ユッケ仕立て(¥858) ・こちらも目の前で焼いてくれます☆ 卵の旨みがジュワーっときて、とろけますね♪

◯タン盛り合わせ〜二人前からの注文(¥2,068×2) ・特タン芯・タンすじ・上タン・タンさき・炙りタンしゃぶ・タン下 これも全部美味しかったです(((o(ﾟ▽ﾟ)o))) タン先が全く硬くない‼️

◯イカ青菜キムチ(¥528) ・噛んだ感があって、青菜とイカの旨みを感じられる優秀なつまみでした☆

◯和牛寿司 上赤身一貫(¥638) ・大好きな肉寿司の赤身バージョン☆ さっぱりしていて、美味し過ぎてとろけました✨

◯グラスワイン赤(¥550) ・レモンサワーから継投で赤ワインです‼️

◯盛岡練り出し手打ち冷麺小(¥770) ・ツルツルとした喉ごしとコシの強い歯応えのある麺と爽やかなスープが最高の一品です。 とのことでしたが、ホントにそのまんま(^◇^;) 冷たい中に出汁の味のコクがあって、こんな美味しい冷麺初めて食べました♪ 半分ほど食べて、冷麺用のキムチとお酢を一周かけると味が変わって良かったです✨

本日は以上を食べました☆ こちらのお店は、店員さんの接客もかなり素晴らしくて、満員の店内の理由が分かりますね(・∀・)

Today's order is ◯Assortment of 6 kinds of one Fusaya head (¥8,778) ・There were 6 types: heart-to-heart loin, zabuton, kaburi, upper part of the pork, cubed sirloin, and brisket✨ Everything is melting and delicious (((o(ﾟ▽ﾟ)o)))

◯Freshly made Chinese cabbage kimchi (Kochori) (¥528) ・It seemed like it was made after ordering, so the seasoned kimchi tasted like a salad (°▽°) It is a homemade kimchi base (yangnyeon) that contains 13 kinds of extracts! ️

◯Seared large size temari sushi with onigiri (¥858) ・They grill it right in front of you and it's super delicious (๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵) Meat sushi lovers will love it (≧∀≦)

◯Seared large yukhoe (¥858) ・They will also grill it right in front of you ☆ The flavor of the egg is so juicy that it melts in your mouth♪

◯Squid greens kimchi (¥528) ・It was an excellent snack with a chewy texture and the flavor of the green vegetables and squid.

◯Wagyu beef sushi (¥638) ・Lean version of your favorite meat sushi☆ It was so refreshing and delicious that it just melted in my mouth ✨

◯Glass of red wine (¥550) ・Red wine is a follow-up to lemon sour!! ️

◯Morioka kneaded handmade cold noodles small (¥770) ・The smooth and chewy noodles and refreshing soup make this the best dish. That's what I said, but it's true (^◇^;) It was my first time to eat such delicious cold noodles, with the rich taste of the soup stock even though it was cold. I ate about half of it, and when I sprinkled it with kimchi and vinegar for cold noodles, the taste changed and it was great ✨

I ate more than that today☆ The customer service from the staff at this store is really great, and I can see why the store is packed (・∀・)

Good Food, but Terrible Service – Staff Ignored Our Requests and Made Repeated Mistakes

The staff kept messing up our orders—we asked for Item A, but they brought Item B instead. The most frustrating part was when Staff C served us thick-cut beef sirloin. We double-checked with Staff D (who took our order) if this was actually our meal, and they confirmed it was, so we ate it. However, Staff C later came back and claimed they had brought the wrong dish by mistake. Even after we explained the situation, they completely ignored our concerns.

Overall, the food here is decent, but the service was unacceptable. The staff disregarded our requests, made careless mistakes with orders, and overcharged us. A restaurant should respect its customers—unfortunately,...

This was the worst experience I had eating yakiniku in Japan. They told me I had 50 minutes to eat and after I sat down to order, the food didn't come out for long and they told me I still had 30 minutes. There were so many things I didn't have time to eat them. After 10 minutes they told me that customers had arrived and I had to finish my meal right away! Very bad service, I finished it in 10 minutes and then found that no one came! They said I had 50 minutes to eat, but I was kicked out after only 30 minutes. It was totally different from the Japanese service spirit I expected. It was really bad. I also ordered the wrong thing, so I still had to pay for it....
