Capricciosa Olinas Kinshicho — Restaurant in Tokyo

I ate dinner with my friend and his wife here. I really like the pasta from this chain restaurant as I used to when I was studying in Japan few years before. We were enjoying our dinner when a group of looks like college student being escort to table besides us while there is still many table available. When they were about to order, then came another waiter offering them another seat as they might not be comfortable seating next to foreigner like we may affect their mood. I dont know wether the waiter purposely asking them while I can hear him or he just dont know I can understand Japanese.

But, what I really respect is that the group of college students were laughing at the waiter and look at us and said it was okay. Then the waiter went off embarrassing himself.

I have heard things like this a lot but this is my first time encounter such situation

ずっと通ってましたが値上がりが続いてからは更にサービスも接客も悪くなり行く気が失せました。今回久々にランチで行きましたがお昼時を外した割にはカウンター席はほぼ埋まってて、それでもお一人様の私はカウンターのお好きな席にどうぞと促され…。お好きなって言うけど結構ぎゅうぎゅうで無理矢理座れと言うのか？と疑問でした。それなのに後から来たお一人様にはカウンターに余裕が出てきたのに四人テーブル席へご案内。私が来店した時もテーブルには空きがありましたよ。何か納得いきませんでした。以前もテーブルが空いてるのにお一人様はカウンターにと言われテーブル席を断られました。

それで座ったはいいけど何の案内も来ない。モバイルオーダーってのは分かるけどもう少し親切にして貰えないのかな？と思いました。特にタッチパネルさえ触れないご高齢の方もおられますよね。ここは人の年齢見て接客変えてますか？

そう言いたくなったのはランチの本日のパスタについて何も知り得てなかったからです。店頭にお知らせがあった訳でも来店時に案内があった訳でもなく。それで店員呼び出しボタンもない。だからわざわざ店員つかまえて聞くしかないですよね。聞いたら〇〇のトマトソースになりますとの事。頼んでみたらとんでもなく辛いアラビアータでした。これがトマトソースなんですか？いつも食べてるトマトソースベースの物はこんなに辛くないですけど。ざっくばらんに適当な回答されてウンザリしました。

極めつけはまだデザート等をオーダーしようと思ってたのに食後にハーブティーは？と聞かれドリンクバーになかったのでお願いしますと言うと伝票まで持ってくる始末。それにクーポンや特典等お持ちですかとかもなく。これを聞いてからお茶と訂正した伝票を持ってくるマニュアルみたいですが。隣のお客様には聞いてて私にはただ伝票を持ってきただけでした。何度も言うけど人によって接客変えてますか？凄く何もかもがいい加減で最低でした。

Notre dernier repas au Japon c'est déroulé dans cet établissement.

Pour passer commande, il suffit de scanner un QR code sur la table, de choisir et de passer la commande. Pas besoin d'attendre un serveur. Un gros plus pour ce système qui ferrait bien de venir en France ;)

Étant français nous avons l'habitude de manger en même temps et un des plat est arrivé trop en avance.

Le chef (je présume) nous a apporté le second plat et à échanger le premier avec un plat chaud sans que nous le demandions (très apprécié de notre part)

Nous avons pris la carborana et les pâtes piquantes à l'ail. Ce fut un régal pour les 2 plats.

Dommage que nous n'avions pas goûter à tout cela avant notre départ. Nous y serions revenu avec plaisir.
