Domino's Pizza Higashinihonbashi — Restaurant in Tokyo

I am posting as I just finished ordering. Very displeased with this tall, glassed worker. Absolutely rude. He toss the menu at us with frustration that he doesn't speak any English. I am not sure as to why just because you can't speak English means you throw tantrum at customer. We have communicated with other Japanese people who would take the time to try and translate. Instead this man is pointing and throwing a menu at us. We didn't even speak yet and he's angry. All we did was pointed we want the special 555yen pizza and he said we need 2 of those. Yet on the flyer never stated we need to but we still bought it anyways. This man working a night shift on Monday march 24th at 11:40pm before midnight needs to get his attitude checked. I've never stepped into a domino's with such disgusting attitude let alone the expectations from japanese is to be polite. If you don't like your job,...

Very disappointing experience.We placed an online order for delivery to our hotel, which is located very close to this branch. We tracked the order in real time and went downstairs as soon as we saw that the driver had arrived. To our surprise, he left almost immediately — it seems he waited for about a minute and left without even trying to call the phone number listed on the order. The hotel reception also confirmed that no delivery person ever came inside. In the end, the order never reached us, and we were left hungry at 11:30 p.m. When we contacted the store to request a refund, they refused.

I'll start off by saying that I am from Canada, our Domino's tastes like cardboard and I avoid it. I was recommend numerous times to try the Japanese pizza, especially Domino's.

I ordered online through the website and the process was very simple. I don't speak Japanese and I didn't want to confuse the staff and myself by ordering in-person. Thankfully it was 10 minute walk away and the pizza was ready by then. The staff person showed my receipt (because my name is very uncommon here) and that's it! I had my order.

On to the main part, the pizza actually tasted great! I got a medium margherita. No cardboard taste and seemed to be made with love. I'll definitely try...
