Order deliver from the app at your own risk! I ordered delivery. Estimated delivery was 50 minutes to 70 minutes. After 100 minutes, I called them. They said they were busy and I have to wait 30 more minutes or cancel. Really? Do you understand the feeling of someone who is hungry and cant eat expecting food to come? So I waited 30 more minutes and the pizza still didn't come. In the end it never came.

You know, if you have to cancel, let the customer know it's cancelled so they can eat something else. There's nothing worse than keep a customer waiting for his food not knowing if it will ever come or not.

What's worse, I checked my credit card and they had stolen the money from my account. No pizza, but still take my money? Thieves. I had to call the next day, and they said they have to refund the money in cash only. So now I'm waiting for them to deliver my money. Who knows how long that will take.

Update and after waiting 2 hours for them to deliver the money as they said they would, I receive a phone call from them saying the money should be refunded onto my credit card in about 2 days. Keeping people waiting is definitely...
