EL PORTEGO(エルポルテゴ) — Restaurant in Tokyo

Excellent pizza and small dishes, served in a cozy, small venue. Seating was very limited to small tables and counters, but the cramped seating was worth it to enjoy the excellent food. The chips with cream cheese were very good, as was the Four Cheese pizza and assorted salami platter. I would give it 5 stars, but sadly the smoke of other patrons was close and thick enough to detract from the overall experience (for a non-smoker). At the time of my visit, staff were friendly and efficient, and English was spoken. Edit: At time of writing (Feb 2018) payment was cash only, I suggest calling in advance to check that is still the case, or prepare enough cash...

One of my favorite place for Italian in Japan. I agreed that Japan has a lot of excellent Italian! And one of them is this place the quality and taste was amazing. Pizza, Salad and steak we ordered was ranked in my number one food of this trip. Sooooo gooood! And I’m surprised how they only charge...

Pizza was decent, pasta wasnt great. Felt overcharged but one of those places where they dont give you a breakdown of the bill. Awkward atmosphere/ weird music selection for an Italian. You’d expect something upbeat but this was largely melancholic indie with some indian music...
