I found out about this roaster from a video posted by Kurasu. I was planning on being in Koto to visit a shop i wanted to visit and wanted to hit up this place. Do check the hours before visiting. They had a weird opening hours from 3pm - 7pm when I visited so I had to shift things around to avoid doubling back. The shop is not too far from the main street. When I got there, it seems there were a few locals already there mingling on the second floor.
The barista (may have been the manager or owner) was very knowledgeable and spoke english well enough to explain a few key characteristics of each bean offered. As a novice in both the world of coffee and japanese, I greatly appreciated the explanation and recommendation.
