The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was nice with the massive bar and kitchen out in the open, love that in noodle places.

I ordered the double-of-everything-tantanmen, but that turned out to be a mistake. It really is a massive massive bowl of soup (see picture, the chopsticks are a normal size, the renge spoon is comically large...), which has a nice taste, but the double helping of big pieces of boiled garlic were not so great, and the soup was just way way too much.

If I go back, I will opt for just double noodles and double meat, but leave the rest normal size. Maybe then the food is a bit...

黄色と赤の外装が昼夜問わずよく目立つレストランです。平日の昼食時間帯を中心に行列が出来るのを見かけますが、店内は（テーブル席、カウンター席など）席数が多く、比較的単身者あるいは少人数での利用が多いため、客の回転も速く、長く待たされる機会は多くはないでしょう。 唐辛子や味噌を始め、様々な香りを楽しめるお店でもあります。それらは変に混じり合っておらず、どれも鼻腔をくすぐるため、一層食欲をそそります。基本型は、卵・唐辛子・大蒜を混ぜ合わせた担々麺。辛さを調節できますが、標準的な辛さであっても舌がしびれるような辛さはほとんどなくどちらかと言えばマイルドな方。辛いものが苦手な人にも美味しくいただけるかもしれません。トッピングやサイドメニューも豊富で、様々な楽しみ方が出来るのもこの店ならではの特徴です。

土曜日の22時半過ぎに伺いました 店内はかなり混んでましたが、ちょうど空いたカウンタ席に通される 客層的にはラーメン食べにより、飲み客がテーブル席を埋めてる感じかな 鬼辛〜めちゃ辛の上も有ったけど、いつものタンタンメン大辛、全部増し 久し振りだしと味噌餃子とウーロンハイを注文 餃子とウーロンハイから配膳 こちらの味噌餃子は久し振り、甘辛な味噌ダレで美味しいが 川崎の町中華で食べた味噌餃子のタレとは違う感じよね コレはこれで美味しい タンタンメンは少し遅れて〜然程は待って無い〜の配膳 真っ赤なスープに増し分のニンニクがいい感じで乗っていて美味しそうな1杯 増しのニンニクは軽く茹でた物かな 大辛でもそんなに辛は無く美味しいスープ 少し味わってから胡椒を振って頂く なかなか食べに行く機会が無かったので久し振りに食べるが サッパリした鳥ガラにニンニクと唐辛子が合わさったスープを纏った太麺がやっぱり美味しい カップ麺やインスタントも有るけど、店で食べたいですよね アレを食べると、タンタンメン飢えが加熱され店に行きたくなるまである 再現度は頑張ってると思うけどな〜 飲みの後だったので、量的に多いこちらのラーメンを食べた後はお腹いっぱい 少し休んでから退店しました 土曜日の22時頃に伺いました 大きな〜ハンドラックに乗せた荷物があったので、狭い所には入りづらい こちらなら、スペース的にゆとりがあるしと思いね 幸い、テーブル席に空きがあり、そちらに収まる 店内はカウンタ席は満席で、テーブル席もほぼ埋まってたからタイミングが良かったのかな タンタン麺の大辛、全部増しを注文 然程待たずに出来上がり 相変わらず具材の盛りが美味しそうな1杯 呑んだ後には、油感が少なく以外とさっぱりしている此方のスープが美味しい スープ目当てなら増しは無しでも？と食べながら気がつく まぁ、増した分ニンニク感とかが増えてるからね スープにも旨味感...
