Overall, it was good. My expectations were a little high, so I was kind of disappointed, but it's a decent burger. I think it would have been better with some pickles or something else to add some additional color and flavor. The fries that came with the burger were nothing special, but the drink menu was nice. They had some soft drinks and beers that I don't often see on other menus. The atmosphere and location are pretty cool. Even though the seats and tables aren't super comfortable, the high ceilings, large windows, and general decor have kind of a NYC vibe, which was nice.

Wasn’t as great as I was expecting from the reviews, but it’s a solid choice if you’re already in the area. Better than the average burger shop in the US.

Burger: Had the bacon cheeseburger (“bacon cheese hamburger” as the shop calls it). The namesake bun is especially good. I prefer a much thicker patty with a higher fat content for this size of burger (though maybe this is a concession for the Japanese market). The bacon tasted nothing like American bacon, which was a disappointment. You’re probably better off getting a regular cheeseburger.

Onion rings: Pretty good, though slightly too thick cut for my taste.

Ordered the shop's specialty-Golden brown burger, but I have to say it was one of the most unsatisfying and disappointing burger experience I have ever had. After reading all the great reviews I was ready to pay the highest price for this burger, but to my sad surprise the predominant taste was that of the very sweet caramelized onion. There was no lettuce, tomato or pickle to compensate for this sweetness, so it felt more like a tasteless dessert. Even the potatoes were missing enough salt.
