Gouter Le Ble

This is a fantastic bakery that blends French and Japanese styles. I ate breakfast here almost every day I stayed in the area, and I'll be sad to leave it behind -- there are a ton of things to choose from, and I didn't taste a single one that wasn't delicious. The pastries and breads are roughly divided into savory and sweet sections, so even if you can't read Japanese you can get a decent sense of what you're choosing.

There's also bottled coffee and other drinks, but if you order more than 100 yen worth of baked goods in the morning, you get a free mini cup of coffee. Nice touch!
