At first, staff will let you write a name for reserve at the front desk and running the queue. The menu have a picture on it, so it's easy to order which you have to order by scanning the qr code at the table. I have ordered banana pancake with ice coffee. The waiting times is around 20-30 minutes, staff will tell you for that info because they made order to order with a fresh ingredients. The atmosphere is great and enjoyable. The pancake is very fluffy and not too sweet which its not too full...

This is my favorite pancake chain, and I always make this my first stop for breakfast when in Tokyo. Online reservations are difficult to secure; I think they open at least 2 weeks in advance. However I strongly advise doing so, unless you want to wait up to 1-2 hours for a seat, which may be the case at more popular locations like Ikebukuro.

Tiramisu is my favorite. They are generous with the toppings. Service is always polite, though...

Having a tea break here, they offered very delicious pancake and I top it up with vanilla ice cream with additional of 100 yen. Follow with black coffee.. nice...

Great place to relax and have a cup of tea. Do expect queue and waiting time.

Located at L3 of the building which can be easily identify thru their signage outside the building.
