HIROMAN'S COFFEE — Restaurant in Tokyo

The interior is cute, and the food looks great, and tastes pretty good, good for photo opportunities. I went once with my boyfriend and enjoyed myself, but I tried to go back again with my boyfriend, and it was full at first, so we kind of awkwardly waited in front of the door while the staff just stood around and talked, barely acknowledging us. After a couple minutes a table paid and left so we waited for it to be cleared, by this time we were sitting on a little bench inside by the door, the staff cleared the table but didn't come over to tell us if it was okay to sit down or anything. Suddenly a couple girls just walked in and went right over to the table and sat down even though we had been waiting. Needless to say we were both quite angry for the rude treatment we got. The staff needs to actually communicate with the customers, and not just stand around thinking they're cute or whatever. Underwhelming, the interior is cute in some spots but the lighting is kind of harsh. There are so many rules that I wasn’t expecting, which would be fine but the food was below average and the coffee was just okay. I would recommend going to a different spot if you want cute photos and aesthetic treats...

初来店でしたが入店後すぐから極めて不機嫌そうで、事前にInstagramをみて注文方法など見ていたので座ってから注文することは知っていましたが店内のメニュー表やInstagramを見てもメニュー内容がとても分かりづらい。 そもそもファンシーな名前ばかりついてはいるが実際何を頼むとこのセットが頼めるなどとても分かりづらい表記である上、各メニューの詳細の表記はない。（単品ではこれは頼めないなど記載はあるがどれとなら頼めるなどの親切な記載はなし。） 店内のメニュー表にはイラストは横に描いてはあるが写真などなくInstagramを見てもザックリとしたメニュー表しかないので単品注文できないものは結果的に何と頼めるのか分からないので結果的にカウンターまで店員に聞きに行かなくては分からないが聞きに行こうにも『何が分からないんですか？』『それはどういう意味ですか？』と逆ギレ。 今回は急に可愛いカフェを利用しなくてはいけない理由があったから急遽探して行ったが2度目はない。極めつけには何故か私達の服装の悪口などを言われて気分は最悪。特に何かルール違反をしている訳でもマナー違反している訳でもないですが何故かずっと監視されながら陰口を言われている状態。

店内はガラガラで自分たち以外にお客さんは居ませんでしたが写真撮影のためにカトラリーなど隣の席に置いたらご自分のお席だけでの利用でお願いしますとまたしてもすごく不機嫌そう。1席あたりのテーブルの面積などすごく狭いのであまり沢山頼んでも置く場所はなさそう。

とにかく、お店の内装以外は何も良くないです。特に接客が最悪です。メニュー表を見てもInstagramを見てもあまり分からないとは思いますがもし行くなら頼むものを決めてイヤホンとかして耳を塞いだ状態で行くのがいいと思います。ただ行くのは本...
