HyLife Pork Table — Restaurant in Tokyo

I’d give it a 4.5 if I could. This place has been on my list for a long time, and I’m glad I was finally able to go. They serve a variety of pork dishes, from pulled pork to baby back ribs to dry-rubbed ribs. The pulled pork was unlike any I’ve ever had, made in a skillet and served in a broth. It was tasty. The dry-rubbed ribs come as a single rib, with your choice of sauce (I went with the honey mustard which I recommend). Then there were the baby back ribs, which were tender and fell off the bone, but the sauce was a little too tomatoey for me. The ambiance is great with high ceilings and lots of natural light. I had an amazing experience at the HyLife Pork Table! The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and took extra care to explain items on the menu. It has a good atmosphere and a unique upscale look, also worthwhile to have a drink on their rooftop patio! All of the food items I tried were delicious, my favorite was the dry ribs and juicy grilled steak, oh and you can't go wrong with the poutine french fries! It was also cool to learn that the delicious HyLife pork served at the restaurant is also available at local grocery stores in Tokyo for a very reasonable price. I can't wait to try cooking this...

First off, me and my girlfriend got there early and we got a premium seat and got to wait inside before they opened because they said it was cold outside. Very good service.the server that we had spoke English and was able to recommend me a good beer. I was very happy with the food it was delicious, haven't had lasagna in a while.
