The staff and chefs were welcoming. However, this was by far the most underwhelming dinner meal I had in Tokyo. I had the omakase set. The nigiri was not good, maybe two or three pieces were tasty (fatty tuna and mackerel). Dinner for two came out to be around $109 (after converting to USD). I ate at a ton of Michelin guided and hole-in-wall dinner spots for two, many of which were less than half the price of here if not more. The waitress was low key rude and disregarding our requests, even though we tried to be really polite all the time. We (4 people) ordered 3 premium sets and more food, and she took the soy sauce from our table, and when we tried to ask for more, she refused to give it to us. After that, a terrible system for accepting payments, I had to try several times, and finally change payment method.

I loved the ochazuke lunch special! It's not ochazuke like I've ever had it. Fish and shrimp and tobiko and tons of other fresh fixings, with a hot jug of dashi to pour over it. Came with a small line of sushi and soup and tea. 1100y for all that. Would eat here again.
