◎訪問1回目：2024年7月 土曜12:30近くに訪問し、待ち時間はゼロ。店内には10名分のテーブル席と、3名分のカウンター席。ゆる〜りとした空気が流れていてホッと落ち着けました。明るく丁寧な接客も含めて好印象です。

ちなみに、まずレジにてオーダー＆お会計を済ませ、そのあとで空いている席につきました。

オーダーしたのは、ランチメニューのサンドイッチから【2種ミックス】をチョイス。ドリンクセットで【アイスアメリカーノ】も。また、食後のデザートにこちらの看板メニューである【クラシックプリン】をお願いしました。

【2種ミックス】は、自家製あんこを使った“あんバタ”と、玉子サンドのコンビ。食パンは『TiMi（一番町/半蔵門）』さんのものを使われているのだそうです。また、サイドにはキャロットラペの乗ったサラダに、ポテサラ＆ピクルスも。トータルでなかなかのボリュームもあります。オーダー時点では、正直“あんバタ”が本命だったのですが......玉子サンドも秀逸でうれしな誤算でした。味付けの良さはもちろんなのですが、ホワッとしたエア感に、滑らかな舌触り。大葉の爽やかな余韻もパフォーマンスの質を底上げしてくれていたはずです。
