Up 5 flights by escalator, there was only a short 5 minute wait when I arrived slightly after lunchtime. I was hesitant about the paper ordering system but the attentive staff keep things moving quickly and efficiently. You can rely on the dishes sailing past on the conveyer belt, but the English menu with photos helps immensely. There are a few off-menu items to be found on the conveyer belt, after a few rotations. This is the most delicious conveyor belt sushi! The regular tuna is delicious and melts in mouth, and the portions are big.It tasted just like otoro. You should definitely order the recommended menu of the day. However, since you have to write your order by hand, I thought it might be a little difficult for people from overseas.

I went there as soon as it opened, but I was already the 37th person in line... But they let me know when it was ready by LINE, and I was able to spend the time without any trouble while I was shopping at the shopping center.This is a restaurant that's worth waiting to eat at! Edit: We returned here as one of last meal before going home. A little disappointed that the chuutoro we ordered look and taste nothing like our first time here. It's sinewy and not as fatty.

Fyi, they do have English menu (well ot also has Chinese and Korean texts in the same menu) , just asked the staff.
