Maybe they serve the best food money can buy, but I wouldn't know.
After arriving, we went up to the second floor as directed. This place only allows ordering by phone, so we did that. I made sure we arrived at a page that showed "thank you" and asked us to wait for the meal. Wait, so we did.
There were a few other people arrived and ordered after us. All of us waited for half an hour without anything coming. Finally, the table arrived after us got their food. Then the next table.
I decided to go downstair and asked about our meal. The guy told me they don't have my order. I showed him the "thank you" page, and he clicked back a few pages on my phone, which clearly showed our order. But he still said he didn't have it. Then all he did was to come up with excuses, like they switched to a new system and didn't get our order. Everyone placed orders on their phone and they got everyone's but our order. Read moreThe staffs here are polite, foods serve quite quickly (i guess it depends on what you order), i ordered a mix sauce omurice with add on ebi fried, and a mix sauce omurice with karaage. However, for my companion ordered omurice wagyu and it apparently takes a little longer. It is a new experience for me to collect my meals from a food elevator to deliver food to upstairs. After ordering, they give us a coupon for free add on for next visit. Foods are quite nice overall, atmosphere are cool too, and the songs are nice as well. But a little inconvenient if u will be coming peak hours, cos it is in the alley of some housing area, hence, cannot wait at the outside incase of full house in the restaurant. (I did not encounter it, it was a notice board stated outside the restaurant). AFTERALL, I would come back again if...
Read moreYou order via a QR code on your table. The online ordering system has an English option and pictures, so it's very easy to navigate. If you're on the second floor, the food will arrive via dumbwaiter, and they will call your table to pick it up. Beer is also delivered via dumbwaiter. Make sure to close the door again after you've taken your food. There's a self-service area with pickles, soup, water, and flatware. Clean up your plates and table when you're finished. There's lots of signage in English.
As for the food, it was super tasty and good portions. We had the mushroom and the special eggplant meat (the meat is ground beef).
The beer is unspecified on the menu, but it is Kirin Heartland, which is a European pale lager style beer....
