Saizeriya Akihabara Chuo-dori — Restaurant in Tokyo

BUSY. this spot was packed when i went, but the servers and staff were very patient and hard working.

i had never tried a saizeriya before but me and my girlfriend needed to take a break from our shopping in akihabara and this was the only place with a name i was familiar with.

the food is cheap cheap, like, really really cheap coming from america. the portions themselves also aren't that small from a japanese standard, combined with the price i was very satisfied. it made sense after we looked at the menu why it seemed like most of the patrons were all students around my age lol

i also saw they have entire bottles of wine for ¥1000, so if you want to get drunk on a budget, this is a great option.

the food itself was pretty good, nothing amazing or mindblowing but honestly pretty similar in quality to a olive garden back in america, which costs 5x as much.

also unlimited fountain drinks, yay. this was the only place in japan i went to that had that aside from a way more expensive yakiniku restaurant.

Super affordable and warm food. There was cute robot cat server and the atmosphere was nice. Definitely a casual dining experience - but not too loud and noisy - felt comfortable.

The love for this restaurant chain cannot be explained in words. I love the taste of Buffalo mozzarella cheese margherita Pizza here. We tried corn peas pizza this time, its good but sweet, I could not imagine sweet taste in pizza. The drink bar here is a different fun, you can drink whatever you want, no need to disturb anyone, just prepare you own glass of drink, or your cup of coffee as many times as you want.
