Kiyomasa — Restaurant in Tokyo

I went this shop for soba but this place was more about Japanese lobster(Ise ebi/shrimp)! Enjoyed Japanese lobster gratin -meat was medium rare, crunchy yet juicy, comes with few slices of abalone with plenty of cheese, it was so tasty. Had turnip with crab meat liquid starch source - was great flavor and umami of crab was good. Finally I had cold soba with roster meat, abalone, dashi marinated spinach -was good. Shop atomosphere is sleek and nice, had specious counter seat that you can kick back solo, by the way their "oto-shi" was really nice. If you are into porcelain - you'll enjoy...

55分待って、まだ蕎麦が来ません。店内はもう1組しかいない状態で、そちらは待ってたコロッケが失敗し(「揚げたら衣が全て崩れてしまった」)店側が注文をキャンセルしてました。 ↓ やっと蕎麦が来たけどボロボロです。数センチ単位で短く切れてるし固まりも入ってます。冗談抜きでコンビニ蕎麦の方がマシかもしれない。

This restaurant was SO slow that I felt the need to write a review for the first time in my life.

伊勢海老・伊勢海老出汁を使った個性的な蕎麦 池尻大橋の三角地帯・山手通りから246に抜ける通り沿い・ライブの向かい側、通りから店内は見えず目立たない、小さく店名だけの看板が目印

店内は音楽が流れ・間取りがゆったりとした静かな大人の空間、カウンター、テーブル席、半個室席がある

月限定メニューから、伊勢海老香る牡蠣のピリ辛つけ蕎麦を注文した 伊勢海老出汁を使っているようでかなり強烈な海老の芳ばしい香りがする、好き嫌いが分かれるかもしれない ピリ辛のつけ汁はかなり濃厚、牡蠣などの具もたっぷり入っていた 蕎麦よりもうどんの方が合うかもと思ったのは私だけだろうか、蕎麦湯で割って飲んだが、雑炊にしても美味しそうなつけ汁だった

蕎麦は、せいろと田舎蕎麦の中間ぐらいの太さ、蕎麦の香りはしっかりする、喉越しよりも歯応えを楽しむ感じ

つけ汁が濃厚かつ個性的で蕎麦の味が今一つ味が分からなかった。カウンターのお隣の女性が食べていた鴨ローストの混ぜ蕎麦がかなり美味しそうだっだので、次回はピリ辛つけ汁以外を試してみたい

定番メニューに伊勢海老出汁のポタージュ蕎麦や伊勢海老一匹使った蕎麦もあるようだが、そちらは食指が動かなかった
