This place is perfect! A small, hole in the wall breakfast / sandwich place. I got an egg salad sandwich with spicy roe. It was amazing (not hyperbole, I am amazed at the good flavor). Also a matcha donut set with an ice cafe latte. LOOK HOW KAWAII THE DONUT IS. I picked the place randomly on the map for their proximity to my hotel and the high rating.

I know only about five Japanese words or phrases and the guy working the counter was, as is every single other soul I've encountered here, absolutely accommodating. And the food was out in anout three minutes or so... As efficient as one might expect. I love it here. What a wonderful establishment in a wonderful city in a wonderful country!

Exceptional hole in the wall places are a dime a dozen here, and they are all exceptional! But this place still stands out and makes a valuable, special,...

This place is very uniquely Japanese with the katsu sandwiches- all the other breakfast places recommended specialize in things we have plenty of in the US, which is why I made this spot the last meal of my Japan trip. Wow, I'm glad I did.

I had the monthly special, the regular katsu cutlet sandwich but with cheese, including camembert and blue cheese. It was incredible! The onion consomme it comes with as a dip was perfect, and the coffee was great. The fries were perfectly creamy inside and likely crispy on the outside.

Vibes are chill and cozy a floor above street level yet modern-clean. I will be...

I had to take time out of my vacation to leave this place a review- it was that good! I got the vegetarian “meat” cutlet sandwich and it was one of my favorite meals in Tokyo. Perfect bread, crisp sauerkraut, tangy sauce, and a crazy realistic fake meat cutlet. So good! They topped all that off with a cup of delicious soup, perfectly seasoned French fries, small salad, and great coffee. It was also great friendly service, and perfect music (Badly Drawn Boy and Yo La Tango to name a couple!) 10/10 great experience for vegetarians and meat...
