Vegetarian? Not flexible on menu for South Indian curry. It would have been so easy for them to change non-veggie for vegetarian. frustrated
But the other curries are good. Really good butter chicken paneer and sag paneer. They typical extra helpings of South Indian Sambar and basmati rice was good. Our group liked it.
He forgot to take the 4th persons order. She thought she’d ordered South Indian meal, but I guess it was all confusing with my asking for vegetarian and the repeated no no no.
When he served 3 of our meals, she was sitting for ages asking Him when hers was coming. It was kinda funny she hadn’t ordered and we take responsibility for not confirming, but as a server, he should have confirmed “only 3 meals? Would to like to order something?” But instead put the fault on her.
Check out: we each had to give exact change. “90 円は?” and made each of us scramble and ask each other for extra change. He could have simply said, “we are short on change, it’d really help us out if you have exact change.” Instead of demanding it.

The food is really tasty. My friend and I ordered the 2-curry meal set, which has 2 custom curries and a full naan and some rice. One can get extra naan for free. And it was comparatively almost the same price as compared to other Indian restaurants.
A point to be noted is, outside the restaurant, they have a little pamphlet containing the menu, which also has a coupon that will get you a free drink, either Iced Tea or Lassi. So, that is a good...
Read moreVisited with my wife and 8 month old daughter - fantastic value; we had papad, seek kebab, veg samosas (crispy yet soft pastry), butter chicken and chana masala - both dishes were as good as I’ve had any where (we live in London where I believe the standard of Indian restaurants to be very good). All of this (and a beer) was about £28 - unreal value.
Staff were very friendly and accommodating, the place is small so would recommend getting there early (there were a lot of Japanese locals coming for a quick meal).
Will be back if we visit the area again...
