Excellent night out. What I liked the best was they had a true Irishman bar tending. The barmans name was Fox. He was knowledgable about actual Irish pub fair, and as a bonus he speaks excellent Japanise as well. He introduced us to the staff and made the night very fun while keeping up with orders and entertainment in the rest of the bar on a busy night. We stopped at a few other places but all were just local bars with an Irish or British name and sign only. I came in here after I had great experiences in the two locations in Kyoto over the last couple of years - in fact the barman at the Kyoto station branch told me where the Tokyo bar was located. Unfortunately the Tokyo bar didn't match its Kyoto counterparts. I was overcharged 200 Yen and served a half pint of Sapporo costing me 700 when I asked for a 3/4. Had a very bad experience with the service staff and food. Was served raw chicken bites and raw chicken wings. Only thing decent was the nachos and fries. They serve poutine but not the real deal justt some gravy on wedges. The only thing this place was good for was the beer n other drinks.They were out of all the good food options like shephards pie, lamb chops etc so had to order finger food but it was all served raw.. all in all bad experience
