The highly recommended ramen (éŠ: Kaori) is a mixture between miso-based soup and curry. The soup's fragrance hit you from the first sip with the strong flavor of both miso and curry, super delicious, but impossible for me to finish all. It is served with a poached egg (maybe) and minced pork and chicken.The other ramen is the most famous one è¡£å© (Eri), which is a very interesting miso ramen; it is buttery like a French cuisine. The soup is thicker than the first ramen, so I would recommend the first, but if you like the strong flavor, go for the Eri!
