The place looks nice from the outside and staff is really friendly.

The portions are small (in case of the papaya salad, REALLY small) and the taste is average at max. A weird fusion of Thai and whatnot but not really good . The third star went down because there was a cockroach running towards me, just when we got up to leave.

I would‘t call it horrible but just really boring and stay away from the beer with mango or other tastes....

接客にびっくりしてしまった。

コースで予約してるのに、通常メニューを持ってこられ、最初からオペレーションどうなっているのか不安にさせられた。なぜなら誕生日プレートも頼んでいたから。ちゃんと連携取れているのか不安になるのは当然だと思う。

コース外の違う料理が運ばれてきて、仕入れや季節等で料理が変わったのかなと気に留めてなかったが、実際は違う料理を間違えてサーブしてしまったと言われた。 お気遣い頂き本来のコース料理は少なめにしますか？と、わざわざなんだか、いやらしいなぁとも感じたが、もちろん少なめでいいと伝えた。残りの本来の料理の量は結局普通に出てきたように思う。結果料理を残すことに気が引けたし、そんな気遣いを頂いたのならば、もう残りのパッタイ、ガパオと炒め物はいらないと言えばよかったのか？と後悔した。

ドリンクラストの伺いはコース時間より30分以上(6600円2.5Hコースで1.5H経過時点)早く言われた。なんならデザート、誕生日プレートはおろか、食事も全て届いてもいない状態だった。

食事が全て出て、デザートのタイミングで誕生日プレートを持ってきてもらえるとのことだったので、そのように予約時に依頼させていただいていたが、コースの予約かも定かでない、料理のサーブミス、ドリンクラストの時間も違うというトリプルエラーで、プレートは届かないのではとソワソワしたし、結局こちらからプレートの確認せざるを得なかった。

低レベルすぎる接客に空いた口が塞がらない。当方の期待が悪かったのでしょうか。

生春巻きを食べてる際には、取り皿に乗せているために、タレ皿の載った元の皿を下げようと何も言わずにサッと持ち去ろうとされたことも気になった。味の質素な生春巻きからタレを取られたら、それはただのエビと草の巻物でしかない。 コースの料理なんてレギュラー料理でどうやって食べるか明白と思うがそんな単純なことも考えられないのでしょうか。とエラー連発された後には気になってしまう。

飲み放は、プレミアムにしたが、コロナビールにライムはデフォじゃないのかと気になってしまう。求めすぎでしょうか。

客単価がもう時代にあっていないのでは？味は美味しい。ラープは、この時期的にも夏らしく本当に美味しかった。なかなか味わえない異国を感じることができて、喜んでもらえたし、コスパいいなって思った私が浅はかでした。

ファミレス以下もしくは事務的な接客もできないのであれば、誕生日プレートなどのおもてなしの設定をやめて、配膳ロボットを配置して気を使わないレストランにでも転換した方がマシと思う。

多国籍料理を食べたいという要望で、衛生的で信頼できるかなと思い訪れた。 誕生日を祝うという本来の目的があったので、普通に過ごしたが、本当に接客で気分が悪くなったし、サクッとカジュアルな普段使いのお店だったのだと認識した。
