Mos Burger - Nishi-Ginza — Restaurant in Tokyo

Since I don’t speak or write or read Japanese ordering by scanning the QR code and choosing English as the language of preference was not a breeze in that their own website would not acknowledge the 4-digit table number and my name because the website wants them in Kanji or Katakana or something like that form. Came here at 7pm and there were lots of seats. The employee was an older lady who was super sweet and patient. Service was pretty fast.

It was my first time trying Mos Burger so I got the original Mos Burger set which was surprisingly a hamburger with sweet pasta sauce. ショッピングモール『NISHIGINZA』にあるモスバーガーであるだけに、平日・休日問わず常時混雑しています。基本的に事前に席を確保することが欠かせません。入口のみならず店内も複数の段差があり、一部の通路（カウンター席が併設されています）は狭いため、車椅子等の障碍を持つ方、大きな荷物を持つ方の利用はお勧めできません。 コーヒーやお茶など、すぐに提供可能なドリンク以外は、全て受け取りカウンターで受け取る仕組みです（注文後、小型のブザーが渡され、料理が出来ると受け取りカウンターで受け取ります。スタッフが客席に料理を持っていく仕組みではありません）。 スタッフの接客や料理・ドリンクの給仕は、非常に素早く手慣れていますが、やや素っ気なく感じます。とは言え、常時混雑していることを鑑みれば、それほど不愉快に感じることはないと思います。
