This bar is always packed so reserve a week in advanced. Sometimes there are cancellations but don't bet on it!

After being seated, we were greeted with a shot glass of Bananna-flavored protein shake the group shared with a cheer.

The drink selection is fairly wide, and service is swift. As with most all-you-can-drink it is limited to 1 drink per person at a time. Other than harder liquor on the rocks, everything is served in sizable mugs (1-2L Im not sure).

The hosts know more english than any other place I've visited, and are quite friendly.

The hosts perform a group dance routine about halfway through, as well as graceful feats of strength on poles and pullup bars.

Tomo, our server, was quite strong. Her bench was over twice her weight ! She has to balance her strength and stamina to be able to perform. Please support her ! If you can pull off a Loki cosplay, come here as him.

Be sure to buy many Muscle Dollars both to tip the hosts and get pictures. They also offer services such as Honeymoon Carry and Muscle Slap where they will pick up and hold you, or if you are willing - slap you in the face. There are also things only offered to women that are very unique! All must be purchased with Muscle Dollars (1000 Yen = 10 Muscle Dollars. You can also earn 10 Muscle Dollars by doing a press motion for a certain number of reps. The weight for women is slightly lower than mens.

Last call happens after about an hour, so be sure to get all your drink orders and Requests in early.

This was an alright experience, but not really what we expected. There’s lots of entertainment in Tokyo, and it usually comes at a premium price. This place was no exception with a prepaid reservation requirement. What threw us off was that to enjoy any of the activities that makes this show fun and interesting, you have to pay for each thing. Slaps, muscle lifts, piggy back squats, pole drops, photos with the girls, literally all of it costs extra money, and they’re all sold individually. The unlimited drinks is also kind of misleading because the drinks are mostly juice in an oversized glass so you’re pretty much just drinking sugary drinks unless you order liquor on the rocks. The last thing we didn’t like was that your group will have one muscle girl assigned to you for the entire night, and she doesn’t leave from in front of you the whole time as she tries to get you to purchase more and more activities. We wish they rotated so we could interact with more than one person the entire time. The more you drink, the more you spend and the more fun you’ll end up having. Very unique bar experience, would highly recommend if you have a group 13 members or less.

The girls are all extremely friendly and keep the vibes going.

Most of the fun in my experience comes from buying slaps or services for other people.

It does take almost half the 1 hour time slot for them to explain how the bar works and get things rolling, but it ramps up quickly.

To streamline the process I would recommend the following.

Quickly purchasing a package ( I believe they're all you can drink) the mixed drinks are HUGE but has a lot of mixer, best value in terms of alcohol is the whiskey shot. Immediately convert your yen to "Muscle Dollars" Start purchasing the services

There are some that will only be performed on girls however if you buy slaps for your male mates they don't really give you an opportunity to say no.
