They have the best chai latte I have ever tried in Tokyo. the only OFF thing I have experienced is that the white guy thats making the tea is somewhat discriminating !!! No matter how good a product is if the people working in such businesses is inhumane or displays discriminating act is obviously un acceptable! The place is too small with a discriminating person working in it equals a NO NO NO NO to go place! NEVER 👎 WILL I EVER TRY OR EVEN LOOK AT THIS PLACE AGAIN! I don’t know if you ever tried ordering TO GO food or beverage in any restaurant or food chain even small shops offering milk teas , coffee etc that doesn’t need to be well packed and well covered. he gave me an open cup with a spoon and told me that I can drink and eat the ice cream while walking since that’s how their TO GO orders are. I insisted a cover bec I am traveling far from the place and thats the only time he offered to fix it!!! So unbelievably RUDE! I almost collapsed of how these people are and yet we are just gaijins here in Japan. Gaijins like them are tainting the best Japanese culture of being polite..An...
Read moremyChai does NOT disappoint! Everything here is delicious, but my favourite is definitely the Chai and Cinnamon Buns.
The Chai has the perfect amount of spice to it that really makes it special. A flavour I've ever really only experienced in India. It's delicious.
The Cinnamon bun is to die for. It is the perfect gooey consistency (unlike a lot of the dry cinnamon buns on the market) and is topped with their yummy homemade icing. It's a MUST try!
The Fondant Brownie with Ice Cream is like being transported into chocolate heaven.
We were also lucky enough to have an egg tart fresh out of the oven! A great choice if you are looking for a dessert that is bit less sweet than the others. Really good!
Everything here is made with love, care and attention and I would gladly recommend this cafe to everyone! Thank you to the friendly staff for the...
Read moreThe mychai was very, VERY spicy. It tasted like Chai concentrate. I rated 2 stars because I don't think the quality was bad, it was just not what I would expect from a Chai latte.
I have had authentic Chai before, but this was so spicy it actually hurt to drink. I'm sure there are people that enjoy this, it just wasn't for me.
I would also caution that if you get the latte to go, be careful because the tempersture is EXTREMELY hot. I had to wait 10 minutes before I was actually able to sip it. If you accidentally spill this on yourself you could get some serious burns so please be careful. I think maybe the store should consider lowering the temperature a bit it was boiling hot.
The staff were friendly and the interior was cute....
