Located underground in the Kinshicho station, we stumbled upon this restaurant one Monday night. Our hotel was nearby, we were exhausted, and just wanted something good that didn't have a long wait. Negishi Kinshicho fit the bill. Our party of five was seated at a table for four, so it was a bit of a tight squeeze, but that also meant we didn't have to wait for a table. I had the Negishi & Blacky Mixset Meal (¥1500), which included beef tongue, and some other cut of beef. It comes with a bowl of rice (free refills), soup, pickled veggies, and grated yam (which I was not a fan of because I didn't like the texture).
