The best sushi I've ever had in Tokyo, including the famous tsukiji fish market. And it's not just the food taste and quality that makes me say that, the atmosphere and staff are also on the top of their game. A note of warning, there is no priced menu as such, just be sure to tell the staff how much you're willing to spend or be willing to be surprised at the bill after the meal. Cannot recommend this...

Found this nearby the hotel and went there for lunch on Sunday. Gaijin friendly, and food was great and a reasonable selection of Sake. Portion was good and service was prompt and sincere. Very happy to have discovered this in Nihombashi.

訪問日：2021年7月 日本橋のお寿司屋さん。 三越前駅から歩いて1,2分の場所にあります。 コレド室町1の4階です。 2021年鮨百名店受賞実績のあるこちら。 平日のランチで、前日予約でお伺いしました。 昼のおまかせ（6600円）にしました。 いただいたのは以下です。 《握り》 ✔︎海老の昆布〆 ✔︎ケンサキイカ ✔︎まぐろ漬け ✔︎ホッキ貝 ✔︎イナダ ✔︎ノドグロの炙り ✔︎小鰭 ✔︎穴子 ✔︎干瓢巻き 海老の昆布〆は初めて食べました。 噛めば噛むほど味が出ます。 歯応えもあり非常に美味かった。 のどぐろ炙りは皮ぎしが 活性化された旨みがある。 酢橘の果汁もいいアクセント。 酢橘は干瓢巻きにも使われてました。 《アテ系ほか》 ✔︎胡麻豆腐 ✔︎生牡蠣 ✔︎なすとタコの山芋かけ ✔︎マコガレイ ✔︎カツオ ✔︎いくら小丼 ✔︎たまご ✔︎お椀 ✔︎デザート 生牡蠣はオーストラリア・タスマニア州から。 山芋かけはジュレと花穂紫蘇で華やかに。 マコガレイはシンプルに塩と山葵で。 カツオを山山葵に少し醤油を加えた薬味で。 この山山葵が薬味としては秀逸でした。 その他日本酒が飲みたくなるアテがたくさん…。 この後仕事でしたのでノンアルで我慢。 お椀はあおさ、デザートはわらび餅でした。 夜だと単価がだいぶ跳ね上がるので、 またお昼に時間を見つけて行きたいですね。 そつがなくアテと握りが バランス良くいただける、 大人がハマるお鮨屋ではないだろうか。 ワインも結構取り揃えておりました。 ごちそうさまでした(^^)♪
