It was my first time that had dinner at this branch. .There is a waitress that can speak English and she is really rude. Didn’t welcome us nicely and seems she wanted to have a fight. We ordered course menu but she didn’t try to bring Dessert. She even stopped to service the whole course bec. She thought we r full. When we asked any questions about food , rudely answered. I had awful experience. I hope there is a manager there that can try to let her know how to treat costumers. Never again go back there for sure. We had a nice discussion with him, and he took the time to walk us to the elevator at the end. Please, give this guy a raise, he has been amazing ! We'll come back when we'll visit Tokyo again. GEMS新橋に新たにOpenした

『ニクアザブ GEMS新橋店』

最近「GEMS」って良く見るなぁ…なんて思っていたらこちらのビルも全て飲食店。入口にはこんな感じで各店舗の空き状況もわかるんです。

これってすげぇ良い仕組みだね。基本的にはいつも行きたいお店を予約しているから、飛び込みでお店に入ることはあまりないのだけれど、そうじゃない人には確かに便利。やるなぁGEMS。

…とニクアザブはそんなGEMS新橋の9階にあります。月曜日の19時だというのに店内は大盛況。

新橋の他、西麻布・恵比寿・六本木・学芸大学なんかにもお店があるみたい。

今回は「セレブおまかせコース」（4,500円）にしてみましたよ。俺はセレブじゃないけどさ（笑）

まずはご覧のタレから。なかなかこんなに出してくれるところないよね！？どうしても焼肉のコースって同じような味が続いちゃうから、お店によっては飽きちゃうもの。これだけ味の変化が楽しめれば嬉しいよね。しかも肉によってオススメのソースも教えてくれる至れり尽くせりのホスピタリティーなんです。

■タン元

さていきなり豪華にタン元から。タンの一番の肝である食感のシャキッと感は最高！これ食べればこちらのお店のレベルの高さがわかるね。

■肉寿司

上にはキャビアが乗った豪華仕様。オリーブオイルとジューシーな肉、そしてキャビアの塩味が口の中で交わります。ちとオイリーが強いのが気になったかな。

■鶏モモ、ハラミ、豚のシャトーブリアン、和牛カイノミ

鶏、豚、牛の肉尽くし。ハラミはスパイシーなアオサのソースにつけて。

■いくらのワンスプーン

こんなに食べたらしょっぱくない！？っていう心配をよそに一口でパクリ。塩味が抑えられていてこれなら痛風も心配なし（笑）中にはユッケのお肉が入っていますよ。

■トモサンカク、シンシン、カメノコ　★いっしーリコメンド

ここで希少部位3発！！！刺さったのはトモサンカク。ほんとにさらっと炙った程度のほぼレア肉をわさび醤油で。トロットロの食感で幸せの絶頂に。

■ハチノス

…とここでホルモンの登場。ミョウガのダシ汁に付けてサッパリと。

■うに肉

さて、ここで大好きな「うにく」ジューシーなサーロインに生うにをON！あぁやっぱりサイコウだ…。この組み合わせ考えた人って天才だよね。

■焼きすき

続いてはミニすき焼き。卵黄＋ライス＋肉。三位一体となった最強のコラボレーション！！！
