Panda Hotpot — Restaurant in Tokyo

Some staffs can’t speak Japanese & English. They are literally living in Japan but don’t understand Japanese, so how would they serve their customers? I ordered food via smarthphone, but my order didn’t go through, and I didn’t know. I asked the staff and all they told me was “you didn’t order” in a freaking hard-to-understand Japanese and with rude manner. In the end, I didn’t get to eat what I ordered and they served me random things just to shut me up. I came to reliaze that my order didn’t go through when one of the fortunately-be-able-to-speak-Japanese staffs came to inform me that my order didn’t go through. I got to eat those food I didn’t order, and I paid 4950 yen/ person for this. It might be a good restaurant for those who can speak Chinese tho? All in all, I’m disappointed and won’t be...

We opt for the middle plan with all U can drink soft drink, so that came to about 37xx yen per person. Food was good, staff were also nice. I wish on the cooked dish they put out there, could have been some dishes that are not spicy. I do like the many choices on sauce station. Above all though, the ordering system was a huge let down. QR code ordering system was messy, food was added to the list for no reason, hard to navigate (mind you, it's in Chinese so best to come with a Chinese friend) and when order is placed the food either took forever to come or never came. The staff noticed there were no food arriving and helped chase the order, but you can see that they are as confused as us. Not for meat lovers. Took the 4980 yen course which supposedly has wagyu in it, but the meat quality wasn't there. The presentation looks good and service is pretty fast, but that does not help the taste unfortunately.

Interior decoration is cool. The store is targeted towards Chinese customers as the menu is mainly in Chinese with Japanese translation, and the staff speaks Chinese and a bit of Japanese.
