Pizzeria Bakka M'unica — Restaurant in Tokyo

I recently dined at this restaurant and unfortunately, it was quite a disappointing experience. The pizza with burrata had an extra burnt flavour and lukewarm, which was not what I expected. The pasta, on the other hand, was undercooked, lukewarm and strangely sweet, rather than the desired al dente texture. To make matters worse, the potatoes served alongside were fried in carcinogenic canola oil. Female staff was subtly bitter & rude when reported about the food.

I have never written any reviews on restaurants but today's experience made me do it. Despite pizza being good, I had to wait 45 min after ordering, as there is no 'first come first served' rule there. Some people got served right after they came in, while others who came in much earlier were left forgotten. When I asked the staff about it, the answer was 'I don't know the order of people who come in first/私は順番わかりません'😃. Who is supposed to know then??? But I wasn't the unluckiest one that day. Tasted ok when carried out but WORST OPERATION EVER. Agree to other reviews that mention the awful behavior of the staff when you walk in. They don't even ask you wheter you're there with/without reservation or dining in/to go. You just have to wait and 10 minutes later, voila! "The tables are all booked" and they won't even let you wait. They can improve just by using "Air Wait" or other tablet-based software if the staff do not know how to manage. Two-star only because the food tasted average when carried out. But you should know they let you wait 15+ minutes even when you ordered beforehand...
