Pulmeria — Restaurant in Tokyo

I visited the coffee shop because I had a craving for shrimp pilaf. It was a Saturday or Sunday with a 4, so it was around 2:00 p.m., but the place was crowded and we were refused. (It was written that the restaurant is not open on days with a 4, but it seemed that they have service lunches and so on.) The food is small, so it is a perfect place to take a break. The windows overlook the street and the air is relaxing. The service lady is very kind and makes you feel comfortable. I don't smoke, but since smoking is allowed, I have the impression that this is a place for smokers in the area to relax. Regulars were visiting one after another. There is no partition, so if you are not a smoker, it is better not to go there.

The food is light, so those who want to eat normally may want to have a large portion. I was a little late, at 2:00 p.m., so I was thankful for the lighter portion.

i always love this kind of vintage cafe in japan. it's very warm and welcoming. upon arrival the lady was worried that i couldn't read the menu, but i could communicate with her using Google

Most fantastic retro cafe serving early breakfast from 7:30am. The 2 ladies are an absolute delight, such wonderful service. The food is scrumptious, goes without saying!

All ala carte items on the menu are available all day, there's more on offer than the Morning Sets! Use translation apps to look at the menu, it's that simple.

It's an old gem of a place with few tourists, they cater to regulars. So please understand it's a smoking cafe!!! If the smoke bothers you, there's always another cafe in this...
