During my recent trip to Kinshicho Station, I decided to try the highly-recommended soy sauce ramen shop. Good decent food, tried both ramen and tsukemen, was happy both times! Nice and bouncy noodles with a good chew.

The noodles are chewy and nicely perfumed, which gives a pleasant texture and aroma to the bowl. However, the soy sauce broth is on the salty side and lacks the richness and depth you’d usually hope for in a good ramen soup.

The pork and chicken are tender, but they would have been much better with a bit of grilled flavor to enhance the taste.
